Core3 Solutions Announces Investment in New Start-Up, Random Socks

Core3 Solutions has partnered with another Metro Detroit company, Custom Sock Shop, to create Random Socks. With a brand new website and an added sock subscription option, Random Socks is ready to take off.

Troy, MI, September 13, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Core3 Solutions is proud to announce the launch of the world’s first totally random and completely affordable sock delivery service, Random Socks. A joint venture with another great Metro Detroit company, Custom Sock Shop, Random Socks is a unique sock distribution company that provides randomly selected pairs of socks to its customers. Now equipped with its new website, Random Socks is ready to sock and roll.

“We’re proud to have this new start-up be a part of Metro Detroit, and excited to see it take off. As Michiganders, we know how brutal winters are here. We’re on a mission to rid the world of cold feet, one pair of Random Socks at a time,” said Paul Chambers, CEO of Core3 Solutions.

The new venture is part of Core3’s efforts to continue to grow internal brands that provide additional sources of revenue outside of the typical digital marketing and website development work they do for their clients.

Random Socks was quietly launched last year to test the market. The new Random Socks site offers a subscription plan option to make sock shopping easier than ever before. No more wasted time browsing or shopping frustration – just awesome socks every month. The website saves your personal preferences – colors, patterns and anything random you’d like to share – to ensure the socks you receive match your perfect level of randomness. Just want to contact Random Socks to tell them a funny joke or random fact? That’s cool, too.

The new website provides the whimsical experience one might expect from a company with a name such as “Random Socks.” Its witty nature makes the sock purchasing experience enjoyable from the time you start browsing until the time your Random Socks arrive in the mail.

A new feature of the site is its socially interactive capability. A real-time Instagram feed shares user-generated photos using the hashtag #randomsocks. This gives random sock’ers the ability to share their love for new socks and be featured on the Random Socks homepage. Users can also connect with Random Socks on Facebook and Twitter to stay up-to-date with the company – and of course gain some random knowledge.
