)-- Gear Coop is thrilled to welcome outdoor industry veteran Todd Klasky as its Vice President of Merchandising. He will be responsible for heading up the strategy, development, and execution of apparel and hardgoods selection for the quickly growing e-tailer, as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with all the brands they carry.
As the newest high-level GearCooper, Klasky—better known as “TK”—brings over 15 years of retail and wholesale buying, visual merchandising, and pricing experience to the company, along with knowledge of manufacturing brand management, product and packaging development, and factory sourcing.
“I am extremely excited to join the elite team of young professionals at Gear Coop,” commented TK. “Their rapid expansion and aggressive growth plans in the Outdoor segments are what attracted me most to this opportunity.”
TK comes to Gear Coop from Sport Chalet as a Senior Buyer/Divisional Merchandising Manager.
