NLRWorms' Experts in Demand as Speakers

Chicago, IL, September 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Nature's Little Recyclers execs are in demand as speakers, being called on to lend their expertise to various “Green” programs around the Chicago area. On Sunday, 9/14, COO Dale Hubbard was featured as part of a composting workshop at the “Fall Harvest Green Metropolis Fair” at Lake View High School on Chicago's north side. His presentation focused on the specific advantages of using earthworms for composting, as part of 3-speaker panel. These presentations were captured by the Green Tech Chicago blog, and videos and commentary are up in the “Posting About Composting” entry here:

At the same time as that event was happening. NLR CEO Ed Hubbard was giving a keynote speech on Urban Gardening at the PPD Festival out in Oak Park, discussing not only what individuals can do in their own gardens, but the significant plans that the City has for “The District” (converting 800 acres of abandoned lots across the south side into Urban Farms), and other projects. This talk was recorded as well and will soon be available at the Nature's Little Recyclers web site: http://NLRWorms.com

Both Ed Hubbard and Dale Hubbard are available to give talks for Chicago groups, either as part of a conference, fair, or festival, or on-site at the Urban Vermiculture pioneers' worm factory in Chicago's “Back of the Yards” neighborhood at 1111 W. 48th Street.
