Rancho Cordova, CA, October 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Based in Rancho Cordova, CA, privately owned Night Frights has unveiled a new line of turn-key high-tech 3D projection illusions called “Man-imations™” which bring full-size pose-able mannequins to life for the purpose of providing incredibly realistic characters to Halloween displays and haunted attractions. Since 2008, Night Frights, a subsidiary of Fox Productions, Inc., has been setting trends in the growing 10B a year haunt industry with their award-winning talking and singing statue the “Ghost Bust™”, and the “Scary Mary Mirror™” which they sell to a wide assortment of customers the world over ranging from large haunted attractions and theme parks, (including Six Flags New Jersey, the largest in the chain), to individual home owners looking for something unique.

About Night Frights
Founder, and creator of the Ghost Bust™, Scary Mary Mirror™ and Man-imations™, Mike Fox has a background in entertainment as well as audio and video production for broadcast, (ie, narrator of DIY Network’s “Turf Wars”) and is himself a life-long Halloween enthusiast. He began creating professional Halloween props by co-developing a well-received servo-based talking skull, and later, pioneered the now-prevalent use of video in the haunted house environment with the projection-based Ghost Bust™. Blending creative applications of video technology with compelling storytelling and on-camera performances, Night Frights has developed a library of characters and experiences that convey a sense of fun and play to a holiday that has, of late, been steeped in less family-friendly offerings centered on blood and gore.

Adding software development to the mix, Night Frights began adding more fun and flexibility to their offerings with the Ghost Bust Live™ system, which made it possible for users to create an interactive experience with their haunt visitors or trick-or-treaters by enabling the Night Frights creatures to perform dialogue in response to the audio being spoken into a microphone offstage, or via a custom pre-recorded audio file created by the customer themselves.

The products can be customized for point of sale use, in special events, museums, or other entertainment venues, with new Christmas characters currently in development. Demos are viewable on their website with content available for broadcast.
