Aliso Viejo, CA, October 08, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Since 2008, KOR Water (KORWater.com) has utilized design and innovation to develop better ways for people to hydrate, be sustainable, and be their best self. KOR’s hydration products have not only changed the way water bottles are created, but have evolved what consumers now expect from reusable water bottles.
Last year, KOR raised $261,677 during their first Kickstarter campaign last May for KOR Nava, an innovative filtering water bottle which subsequently was named by Inc Magazine as “Product Accessory of the Year.” The Kickstarter community provided keen consumer insights and were instrumental in helping KOR shape the final version of the award-winning Nava.
KOR will participate in a second Kickstarter campaign (Beginning September 30, 2014) with their first at-home water filtration product, Water Fall by KOR. This unique and sophistically designed product will bring style and hydration into the home and offer a filter subscription service to deliver fresh, new filters right when they’re needed. Water Fall provides clean, great-tasting water in beautiful carafes by utilizing a filtration process that mirrors pour over coffee. The sleek counter-top stand with coconut shell filter is separate from the glass carafes allowing users to leave the filter behind when they bring their water to the table or anywhere else.
"Water Fall by KOR is a bold new step for KOR and fulfills our vision of hydration in the home," states founder and CEO Eric Barnes. "Since inception, KOR has been focused on helping people hydrate to live healthy, inspired lives, first with on-the-go reusable bottles and now at home. Launching Water Fall on Kickstarter allows KOR to share our idea and project with so many passionate people, many of whom helped us successfully fund and launch our KOR Nava filtered bottle last year."
The official release of Water Fall will be February 15, 2015, with Kickstarter backers’ fulfillment in March 2015.
