CADS Board Member Lester Hyman Speaks in Paris

Washington, DC, November 02, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Mr. Lester Hyman, the Center for Advanced Defense Studies’ own board member and a founding partner of the prominent Washington, D.C. law firm of Swidler & Berlin, spoke at the inaugural festivities for the official launch of the joint Masters degree program between the Catholic Institute of Paris, the Paris-based Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (Strategic Research Foundation) and the Center for Advanced Defense Studies in International Relations focused on "New Risks and Threats to International Security."

Mr. Hyman spoke to prospective students depicting the American vision of the program and how it will relate to international protection. He noted that we have much to learn from each other as nations and that with the launch of this joint Masters program, it will take our countries another step closer to the universal goal of global security and defense.
