Philadelphia, PA, October 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- National law firm Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry announced today the addition of tax attorney Leila Vaughan to its Philadelphia office.

“We are thrilled to welcome Leila to Chamberlain Hrdlicka,” said Phil Karter, shareholder in the Philadelphia office. “Adding a tax specialist to our team with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions further extends our capacity to assist clients in planning and facilitating complex business transactions.”
