Oakdale, LA, October 16, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Wimbledon Health Partners, a national provider of Vascular Centers of America (VCOA) and NeuroRad Diagnostic Centers (NDC) announced the opening of a new, state-of-the-art electrodiagnostic and vascular testing center, in cooperation with Oghale Eleyae, D.P.M. Wimbledon Health Partners enables a national network of physician practices to provide precise, on-site diagnostic testing services.
Dr. Eleyae, a podiatrist serving patients throughout Oakdale, Louisiana, has recently affiliated with Wimbledon Health Partners to provide both electrodiagnostic and vascular testing. He will be on-site to monitor the quality of testing services.
“The opportunity to offer my patients the convenience of on-site diagnostic testing is a wonderful thing,” said Dr. Eleyae. “I am looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Wimbledon Health Partners.”
Dr. Eleyae and VCOA will be working towards their combined mission to take down the #1 and #3 killers of Americans. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recognizes cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease as the leading preventable killers of Americans. Currently, diagnostic testing and ultrasound technology is still one of the most effective and noninvasive ways of looking inside your arteries to identify health problems your doctor may not see, before symptoms even show.
Additionally, people who suffer from symptoms such as neck pain, weakness or numbness in the extremities, radiating pain, and lower back pain often can benefit from diagnostic testing to determine the cause of discomfort. Physicians use this information to locate and help alleviate interference with the body’s natural state of being healthy. Having NDC’s diagnostic testing center on-site offers individuals who suffer from pain an easily accessible resource for accurately diagnosing illnesses or injuries that may have gone untreated.
