First Annual Charitable Contribution of $15,000 Worth of Basement Waterproofing Services to Three Deserving Nonprofit Charities in Ontario

Ottawa, Canada, October 22, 2014 --(PR.com)-- For Ontario nonprofits, including those in Toronto and Ottawa, that haven’t been able to use their basement spaces due to wetness issues, the latest announcement from The Crack Doctor Waterproofing Group will come as an enormous relief. From October 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015, The Crack Doctor is accepting submissions from Canadian chartered charities within the company’s operational geography (mainly Ontario) that could use basement waterproofing to increase their usable space. Three recipients will be each awarded $5,000 worth of basement waterproofing. These projects will be completed by spring 2015.

Michael Theriault, president of The Crack Doctor Waterproofing Group, sees the $15,000 gift as a way of giving back to the community. “We want to share the success that we’ve been privileged to enjoy,” says Theriault. “We believe the nonprofits that receive this contribution can use their new space to help strengthen their community base. That just makes our neighborhoods and cities better for everyone.”

Charities must provide their Canadian charter numbers as well as a 200-word essay to enter. The value of the gift is in services rendered; no monies will be exchanged. More information about this contribution, along with a listing of the rules, is available at The Crack Doctor website http://www.thecrackdoctor.ca/community/.
