What: The National Capital Area chapter of Autism Speaks, the world’s leading autism science and advocacy organization, will hold the 10th Annual Baltimore Walk Now for Autism Speaks fundraising and awareness event for families and individuals affected by autism, along with their families, friends and other supporters. All event proceeds will support Autism Speaks’ work, both locally and nationally, to increase awareness about the growing autism health crisis, fund innovative autism research and family services, and advocate for the needs of individuals with autism and their families in Baltimore and beyond.

The Walk Now for Autism Speaks will feature:
· A 5K walk around M&T Bank Stadium and Camden Yards
· Community Resource fair with educational sources, therapists, schools, recreational organizations, and information from our local service providers in the community
· Children’s activities sponsored by the Shafer Center
· Team Village for top teams sponsored by DHL
