Able Legal Investigations Presents Paper Concerning Permissible Purpose

The Legality and Permissible Purpose of an Asset Investigation.

San Diego, CA, October 23, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Howard Eisemann, President and CEO of Able Legal Investigations of San Diego presented a paper to the International Society of Safety Investigations (IASI) in which legally compliant Asset Investigation services and initiatives was discussed.

Mr. Eisemann, described how the the Company adheres to all provisions of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (Public Law 91-508, 15 U.S.C. Section 1681 ET SEQ, 604-615) Consumer Credit Reporting Act (California Civil Code Sec 1785.1-1785.34) and the Graham Leach Biley Act Section 313.15 (a)(2)(ii) and as such never engages in pretexting to to gain information. Pretexting involves posing as someone you are not to get information from a company.

Mr. Eisemann stated during the presentation that pretexting occurs when an individual will call up a bank or financial institution company and attempt to bluff his or her way into obtaining confidential information by pretending to be a certain customer.

Mr. Eisemann further discussed the fact that Able Legal Investigations, Inc will only perform asset investigation initiatives for permissible purposes and conducts the requisite asset searches using a range of discreet and legally compliant methods to obtain the information needed.
