)-- Delorine Jackson, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Del Mar office, is pleased to welcome Ryan Judson. “Ryan’s ability to anticipate potential setbacks, diligence and remarkable dedication to his community make him an exciting addition to our office,” said Jackson.
With a top-producing real estate professional for a father, Judson witnessed firsthand what it takes to thrive in a competitive market. He credits his success to his ability to leverage the lessons learned from his father’s challenges and achievements, combined with his inherent knowledge of marketing, negotiating and property valuation.
An expert in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, Judson is being assisted by his sister Jodi Denton. “Having my sister join me was wonderful. The specialized knowledge and skills that she brings to the table have been a very positive addition to what has been a family business for two generations now,” comments Judson, a San Diego native.
Having graduated from SDSU with a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate, Judson provides his clients with valuable guidance about the state of the local housing market. He also offers useful insights about the implications of his clients’ financial decisions and the condition of the national economy.
When he isn’t busy working, Judson enjoys serving his community as a volunteer surf coach for the Torrey Pines High School Surf Team. He and his sister are members of the White Label Home Collective, an esteemed group of top producing real estate professionals that recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
