Experienced professional services marketer Rhonda L. Bolding, CPSM has joined MASSolutions as Project Manager. She is responsible for managing the development and implementation of a diverse range of marketing projects for the firm.

Mrs. Bolding has more than 18 years of experience in marketing, communications and creative services. Certified by the Society for Marketing Professional Services, she is recognized as an individual who has met a rigorous standard of expertise in marketing professional services.

Mrs. Bolding’s experience spans a broad range of projects, with a main focus to deliver innovative, dynamic, creative and game-changing marketing solutions, and MASSolutions President & CEO Dave Mastovich says her talents will enhance client outcomes.

Mrs. Bolding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Advertising and Promotion from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, community service and cooking. As a Detroit native, she remains a steadfast Lions fan.

Prior to joining MASSolutions, she was a Marketing Manager at a mid-sized Pittsburgh based construction firm where she demonstrated exceptional skill and ability in planning and executing marketing, communications and public relations initiatives, which are essential in today’s business climate to enhance the competitive position of your firm.

Professional writer Kecia Bal has joined MASSolutions as a PR and storytelling specialist.

With a background in newspapers, TV news and magazines, Bal helps clients create consistent, focused messaging to maximize their marketing impact through traditional and social media.

In her 10 years of experience in news, she wrote award-winning business, news and feature articles for print and oversaw news coverage for an NBC affiliate covering much of Southwestern and Central Pennsylvania. She also continues to write regularly for several national business news magazines: Human Resource Executive, Energy Executive Magazine, North American Builders and Transportation & Infrastructure.

Bal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. She volunteers with the American Heart Association and serves as a mentor to young women through the Clara Barton Forum.
