Cedar Lake Cellars Introduces New Wine

Latest addition is the first the St. Louis winery has introduced in two years

St. Louis, MO, November 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cedar Lake Cellars recently added a new wine to its extensive list called the ’57 Chevy. The semi-dry Missouri red blend is from Roche Port, Mo. and is the first wine that Cedar Lake Cellars has introduced in two years. The new product has an in-between taste for those who like dry wines with a bit of sweetness.

The ’57 Chevy is named after the winery’s farm truck, which was on the grounds when owner Carl Bolm purchased the property in 2002. All of Cedar Lake Cellar’s wines are named after icons or landmarks located on the property.

The winery features 15 Cedar Lake Cellars wines, as well as 25 wines of the world plus craft and domestic beers.

“It’s the perfect harvest wine, which is why we recently introduced it to our customers who have been asking for a semi-dry red wine,” said Cedar Lake Cellars’ winery manager Gina Rhodes. “It is flavorful and pairs well with our winery’s menu.”

Cedar Lake Cellars, which is situated on 170+ acres of picturesque land, is located at 11008 Schreckengast Rd. in Wright City, Mo. For more information, call Cedar Lake Cellars at (636) 745-9500.
