12th Annual Hilo Fundraiser is a Must-See – LuxuryBigIsland.com

Harold Clarke of LuxuryBigIsland.com invites you to the 12th Annual Wine, Cheese, Chocolate and More Fundraiser on November 9 at Hilo Hawaiian Hotel’s Moku ‘Ola Room.

Kamuela, HI, November 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Food enthusiasts should troop to Hilo Hawaiian Hotel’s Moku ‘Ola Room this November 9 for the 12th Annual Wine, Cheese, Chocolate and More Fundraiser, according to Harold Clarke of premier luxury real estate website LuxuryBigIsland.com.

Guests will be treated to delectable wine and cheese pairings, led by Chef Ernesto Limcaco. Master Sommelier and wine educator Patrick Okubo will also be at the event, as well as Randy Nunokawa and Ryan Kadota, who will talk about the art of wine tasting.

Aside from the gourmet cheeses, decadent chocolates, fine wines and cold beer, the event will feature a wide array of sumptuous pupus and appetizers, even a chocolate fountain. In short, it is a fun event designed for lovers of good food, all for a good cause.

As Harold Clarke shares, “The 12th Annual Wine, Cheese, Chocolate and More Fundraiser is an event that excellently shows how the residents of Big Island form one big, happy family, and one that thoroughly enjoys the good life. At the same time, attendees can contribute to a worthwhile advocacy for the community.”

Now on its 12th year, this fundraiser led by the Hilo Medical Center Foundation benefits the Center’s various initiatives that promote the provision of quality healthcare, such as health facility renovation, diabetes education and management program, equipment upgrades, a residency program for doctors, and other projects.

Also among the event’s highlights is the welcoming of new physicians to the community, and honoring the “Physician of the Year,” and the “Retired Physician of the Year.”

In addition, attendees can join an exciting live and silent auction, whose proceeds will go to the Foundation’s programs. Among the items to be up for bidding are donated artworks, jewelry, antique furniture, golf packages, and hotel accommodation packages.

Tickets to the 12th Annual Wine, Cheese, Chocolate and More Fundraiser are available at the Hilo Medical Center Foundation Office, Grapes, and Kadota’s Liquor.
