TraceGains Customer Litehouse Named Dressing of the Year

Westminster, CO, November 08, 2014 --(PR.com)-- TraceGains, a full service supplier, compliance, and regulatory document management solution, announced that one of their customers, Litehouse, was recognized as 2014 Dressing of the Year by The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS). OPA by Litehouse Feta Dill Greek Yogurt Dressing won the honor for a unique product that pays homage to the traditional Greek-style tzatzikis, with a new twist. The savory dill and feta play off of the tanginess of the Greek-style yogurt.

Litehouse refrigerated produce dressings offer the best quality with no preservatives, no MSG, nothing artificial, and made with 100% Canola oil. The Hawkins family started selling homemade dressings out of the family's restaurant in Hope, Idaho over 50 years ago. In 2006, the family sold the company to its employees.

The Sauce of the Year and Package of the Year Award winners were awarded at the ADS Annual Meeting held earlier this month in Naples, Florida.

The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) was founded in 1926 and represents manufacturers of salad dressing, mayonnaise and condiment sauces and suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and equipment to this segment of the food industry. Its purpose is to serve the best interests of industry members, its customers, and consumers of its products through a governing body of a 16-member Board of Directors and eight working committees.
