Tampa Bay Woman of the Year Award Raises Funds for Families in Crisis

Tampa, FL, November 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Westchase Charitable Foundation is excited to announce Tampa Bay Woman of the Year: Havana Nights, at 6pm on November 22nd, 2014, at the Tampa Jet Center. This event will bring together the best and brightest of Westchase and Tampa Bay for a fashion show, great food and drink, cultural performers, a charity silent auction, and the announcement of the WCF’s Tampa Bay Woman of the Year Award recipient. The Tampa Bay Woman of the Year competition supports the Westchase Charitable Foundation’s mission of providing support for area families in need.

“Tampa Bay Woman of the Year will draw more than 350 guests and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to helping families in need around the entire Tampa Bay community, not just Westchase. Sarah Jon Porreca, 2013 Tampa Bay Woman of the Year, will return to crown her successor on event night,” said Sean O’Donnell, WCF President. Tampa Bay Woman of the Year Award nominees work to find creative, engaging ways to raise money for Westchase Charitable Foundation’s efforts. There are 18 nominees for this year’s award, including a fitness trainer, a realtor, and an attorney.

This year’s candidates are: Chelsea Anderson; Dawn Buck; Kylie Caporuscio; Hollie Christmas; Stephanie Corbo; Lisa Crow; Beth Cupari; Blakely Echeverry; Danielle Faine; Willena Faison; Suzi France; Yngrid Garcia; Kim Gunderson; Lisa Marie Jenkins; Karen Johnson; Tiffani Martinez; Traci Morgan; and Crystal Nichols.
