Four New Tenants Coming to The Marketplace at Windingwalk

Chula Vista, CA, December 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Shea Properties announced today the addition of four new tenants coming to The Marketplace at Windingwalk. The 104,206 square foot retail center will add Denny’s, Sally Beauty, Millenia Dental and Massage Eden to its directory in early 2015.

“These four diverse tenants will be a great addition to The Marketplace at Windingwalk,” said Kiril McKee, senior vice president of retail leasing at Shea Properties. “We are excited to expand our roster and bring in retail, food and service tenants that will offer a little something for everyone.”

Denny’s is one of America's largest full-service family restaurant chains serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert at affordable prices around the clock. Operating more than 1,600 restaurants worldwide, the new Denny’s location will be filling the previous Achiote restaurant space.

Sally Beauty Supply sells more than 7,000 salon-quality products to consumers and salon professionals nationwide. As the world’s largest distributor of professional beauty products, Sally Beauty carries lines such as Clairol, L'Oreal, Wella and Conair, as well as an extensive selection of proprietary merchandise.

Millenia Dental provides the most up-to-date cosmetic dental techniques in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, served by the most knowledgeable and experienced cosmetic dentists in the field. Millenia’s services include crowns, teeth whitening, dental implants, extractions and more.

Massage Eden offers soothing massage treatments for women and men in a comfortable and secluded setting. The professional massage therapists are trained to help rejuvenate the body and mind through a variety of services.

The Marketplace at Windingwalk serves the growing neighborhood of Windingwalk and others in the master-planned community of Otay Ranch. The center is currently 92% leased and is anchored by a Vons Grocery and also includes Wells Fargo, Bank of America, In-N-Out Burger and Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Company. The newest tenants to open include Moose’s Barbershop, Love Cupcake Café and Super Pollo.
