Entrepreneur Purchases Building for Newest Endeavor

St. Louis, MO, December 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Dan Tumminello left the industrial equipment industry three years ago when he sold his company, Midwest Aerials. Now he’s back and, along with the help of business partners Joe Alonzo and Luiz Tavares, they purchased a building for $950,000 that will serve as a multi-tenant property with their new company, RG Rents, as its main tenant.

RG Rents, a rental company for aerial lifts, will be headquartered in its new 34,000-square-foot building located at 9460 Aerospace Drive in Woodson Terrace, Mo. that sits on 2.76 acres. Hilliker Corporation agent Patrick McKay represented the buyer, JHD Investments, LLC and Robert Biggs Realtors’ agent Robert Biggs represented the seller, NDMF Investments, Inc. The 30-year-old building was previously owned by a trucking and warehousing company.

RG Rents will occupy 17,000-square-feet. Hilliker recently closed a five-year lease on 7,000-square-feet of the building to Fastenal, an industrial supply company headquartered in Minn. With more than 2,600 branches and 13 distribution centers throughout the world, Fastenal resells industrial, safety and construction supplies, as well as provides additional services including inventory management, manufacturing, and tool repair.
