Colliers Concludes Single Largest Logistics and Industrial Transaction in Bulgarian History

Sofia, Bulgaria, November 09, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International Bulgaria has concluded the largest ever logistics and industrial transaction in Bulgaria. The deal is for 22,000 m2 of warehouse space at the pioneering Industrial Park Sofia East for the leading distributor Kaven Orbico.

The space will be developed in three stages within the next three years and gradually occupied by the client. When completed, the brand new logistics center will provide Kaven Orbico with state-of-the-art facilities including international-standard dry warehouses and cold storage, office premises, convenient parking and a high level of security.

Kaven Orbico is the official distributor of a number of international brands in the Bulgarian market. Industrial Park Sofia East is a pioneering project around 20 km from Sofia, located in Elin Pelin municipality. It will provide space for light manufacturing, logistics and warehousing.
