US Fire Journal Expanding to Podcasting

US Fire Journal, the leading firefighter website devoted to thoughtful commentary will begin a new podcast dedicated to thoughtfully discussing issues of importance to first responders.

New York, NY, December 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- US Fire Journal is adding a new daily podcast in a further expansion of the website for firefighters and other first responders. The new podcast will cover issues as diverse as fire operations, terrorism, leadership and breaking news.

Editor Jay Lowry will host the podcast daily and will offer news and opinions you can use immediately both in the station and on the fireground. In addition they will discuss news of the day in a reasoned way, avoiding the trap of emotion.

US Fire Journal is dedicated to providing scholarly content on issues of importance to first responders around the world including Europe, Asia and elsewhere.

The title of the podcast is US Fire Journal Podcast and will be available on the US Fire Journal website, iTunes and Stitcher. A listener can come to the website to pick up individual episodes or grab the feed to have them delivered to you. Their test podcast was a success and received glowing reviews from people picked to be beta testers.
