HRMA is a group of over 260 human resource and other professionals who come together to discuss issues related to human resource management, and to find ways to better serve their employers and employees.
Boy concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling, including employee handbooks; supervisory training; wage/hour matters; and employee termination, leave, and disciplinary issues. Boy frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on various employment matters, and she is the lead blogger and editor of the Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog.
