Ms. Williams, based in Charleston SC, will be responsible for new business development, client relationship management, and industry alliances in the Central and Eastern U.S. markets.

Williams, who is from Pennsylvania, now resides in Charleston, SC with her family. Prior to joining Lasso, Sara held sales and management positions with innovative U.S. builders Sabal Homes (Charleston, SC), NVR (Pittsburgh, PA) and Heartland Homes (Pittsburgh, PA). Her 10-plus years of new home marketing and sales experience have included roles such as marketing director, marketing coordinator, new home sales manager, and senior new home consultant/online lead specialist. In January 2013, she won the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Gold award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year through her work at Heartland Homes. There she led a team of online sales counselors that participated in over 50 percent of all company sales.
