Shatner, Hoechlin, McIntyre, Martin-Green to Attend Wizard World Raleigh, March 13-15

William Shatner, Tyler Hoechlin, Liam McIntyre, and Sonequa Martin-Green are among the top celebrities scheduled to attend the inaugural Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con, March 13-15 at Raleigh Convention Center. Kyle Lowder, Sarah Wayne Callies, Seth Gilliam, and James Marsters also headline the roster. Talented comics creators, variety of exhibitors, cosplayers, and robust programming are also featured.

Raleigh, NC, January 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD) continues its 2015 schedule with its first visit to the Raleigh Convention Center at Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con, March 13-15. William Shatner (“Star Trek,” “Boston Legal”), Tyler Hoechlin (“Teen Wolf,” Road to Perdition), Kyle Lowder (“Days of Our Lives,” “The Bold and the Beautiful”), Steve Gonsalves (“Ghost Hunters”) and “The Walking Dead” stars Sonequa Martin-Green, Sarah Wayne Callies and Seth Gilliam headline the roster of celebrity guests scheduled to attend the pop culture extravaganza.

Hoechlin, McIntyre, Martin-Green, Lowder and Gilliam will attend on Saturday and Sunday, March 14-15; Shatner will appear on Friday evening and Saturday only; Callies and Gonsalves are scheduled for all three days of the event.

Other well-known Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con guests include James Marsters (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Torchwood”), Cassandra Peterson (“Elvira, Mistress of the Dark”), Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”) and Lou Ferrigno (“The Incredible Hulk”).

Wizard World is also the home of the most creative comics artists and writers on the planet. Artist Alley at Raleigh Comic Con will feature Shane Pierce (“Judge Dredd,” “The Other Dead”), Arthur Suydam (“Marvel Zombies,” “Army of Darkness”), Gary Scott Beatty (“Number One,” “Jazz”), Sandy Jarrell (“Meteor Man,” “Batman '66”) and many others to be announced.

In addition, all full-price Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con attendees (weekend 3-day, VIP and single-day admissions) will receive a limited edition exclusive variant cover “The Walking Dead” comic, drawn by one of Wizard World's talented artist guests (to be announced shortly). Comics will be issued at registration while supplies last and VIP attendees will receive an additional black & white sketch version.

Wizard World Comic Con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. Wizard World Raleigh Comic Con show hours are Friday, March 13, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, March 14, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Sunday, March 15, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Raleigh Comic Con is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor.
