Landmark Properties Group Welcomes Dunham's Sports to Elkins Plaza

Elkins, WV, January 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Landmark Properties Group, a Pittsburgh-based commercial real estate company, announced that they will be welcoming Dunham’s Sports to their retail center, Elkins Plaza, located at 700 Beverly Pike in Elkins, W.V.

“Dunham’s will be leasing over 36,000 square feet in the retail center. They will be joining our other national tenants Big Lots and Dollar General,” said Jeff Bennett, Director of Leasing.

Bennett added, “We have been looking for the right tenant to add to our retail mix and Dunham’s brings that strong retail presence, not just for our center, but for the entire Elkins area.”

In addition to Big Lots and Dollar General, Elkins Plaza is currently home to a mix of various regional businesses. Currently, there is only 2,000 square feet of space remaining to be leased at this time.
