Eugene, OR, January 18, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- Stephanie Coats, a multi-million dollar producing Keller Williams Realty Broker, and Nick Carter, a Senior Mortgage Specialist at Director’s Mortgage, are going to start offering free, no-obligation, First Time Home Buyer Seminars to anyone and everyone interested in learning more about the home buying process.
Stephanie and Nick have been in the real estate and mortgage industry for years, and it is their hope to answer questions covering a wealth of topics, including: where a person starts, what the process looks like, who pays for a buyer’s real estate agent and lender, how much money a buyer would need upfront, why a person should consider investing in real estate, and why now is a good time to purchase a home.
Stephanie and Nick want to make themselves available as a resource, whether that is immediately after class or several years into the future. Anyone is welcome to attend the seminar, regardless or when a buyer begins – or waits to begin – the home buying process.
Seats are limited, so Stephanie and Nick are asking that anyone interested RSVP either my phone or email. Upon receipt of an RSVP, they will provide you with details regarding the date and time of the next class. The first class will be in February of 2015. All classes will be held at Keller Williams Realty in Eugene on Chad drive.
