1705Prime Chophouse Announces Raleigh’s Wine Lover’s Night

Raleigh, NC, November 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that 1705Prime Chophouse and Events, a steakhouse and catering facility located at 1705 E. Millbrook Road, has begun hosting a weekly wine dinner called, Raleigh’s Wine Lover’s Night. Each Thursday a different wine producer is featured in two specials, a three-course wine dinner featuring their signature dry-aged beef priced at $40 per person, and the Stinger Lounge featuring four wines with appetizers priced at $20 per person. Recently featured was the Angeline Winery located in Santa Rosa, Calif., and selected as American Value Brand of the Year in 2006 and 2007 by Wine & Spirits Magazine. The three-course wine dinner was served with Angeline Chardonnay, Angeline Merlot and Fonesca Tawney Port (20 Year), a port wine from Fonesca Guimaraens winery in the Douro Region of Portugal.
