Nolfo, a Concur Platinum Certified Advisor, brings nearly 20 years of consulting and operations expertise, spanning technical and business systems improvements and solution architecture development in a variety of industries.

Ms. Nolfo’s most recent experience was with Concur Technologies as a Sr. Solution Consultant where she helped organizations understand and realize the value of implementing Concur’s Travel, Expense and AP automation solutions through substantial cost savings. She assisted her clients expand their visibility into their spend, increased their process efficiencies and reduced overall program costs by 10-15%. Prior to Concur Technologies, Ms. Nolfo worked for OSI/Vanstar, IBM/Tivoli System and Managed Objects. As the industry evolved from mainframes to client server architecture to cloud computing, Ms. Nolfo helped clients migrate through these changes to maintain or gain a competitive advantage in their respective markets.

Ms. Nolfo has received multiple awards from Concur, including Solution Consultant of the Year and Concur President’s Club Achiever. In addition, she received the OSI Client Commitment Award for multiple quarters, was honored with IBM/Tivoli’s Systems Engineer of the year award, and other honors, several times. She also was recognized as Managed Objects companywide Most Valued Employee. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, School of Business, Ms. Nolfo is an active mother of two boys and is continuously setting an example of community involvement. Her recent endeavors include supporting Southern California-based sport teams by donating time and skills in fundraising and the development of new procedures.
