)-- RSC Advisory Group, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of a new Principal in its Washington, DC area office. Robin Spivak, a long-time compensation strategist, advisor and analyst joined RSC effective January 1, 2015.
Robin has subject matter expertise in compensation program design and implementation, strategic market benchmarking of base and incentive pay practices, policy and compliance reviews, and delivery of compensation training for HR and line management. She has served in compensation consulting and leadership roles for over 20 years in the Washington D.C. area, supporting a variety of industry sectors to include technology, education, telecommunications and non-profit. She has an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a Master ’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She has also served on the compensation survey board committees of HRA-NCA and Western Management Group, and currently serves on the Board of WACABA (Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association).
