BanCorp Targeting Laguna Hills Real Estate Market, Plans to Re-Launch Buyer’s Rebate Program; Goal is to Increase Market Share and Increase Market Share

BanCorp Properties plans on stepping up efforts in the Laguna Hills real estate market with the goal of increasing market share and increasing brand awareness. One of the ways the company plans on accomplishing this is by re-launching its buyer’s rebate program.

Laguna Hills, CA, February 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- With interest rates continuing to remain at near historical lows, the company announced on Thursday that it wanted to step up efforts in the Laguna Hills housing market. When interest rates remain low, it allows buyers to purchase homes with higher market values without a corresponding higher mortgage payment. With home values in Laguna Hills remaining stable, BanCorp believes that the timing is right to step up marketing efforts with one part of the equation being its buyer’s rebate program which the company has named its “better 2together program.”

Laguna Hills is located in the heart of South Orange County and would be considered an urban city. The majority of homes in the city are tract homes, with custom-built homes being found in the Nellie Gail Ranch community. Laguna Hills real estate is recognized for being some of the most affordable in the area making it an extremely attractive option for first time buyers. Because of these factors, BanCorp believes that an intensified marketing effort focusing on internet advertising and social media posting should allow the company to increase its inventory of Laguna Hills homes for sale as well as enhance brand awareness in this strategic city. The company believes that by moving resources away from traditional advertising sources such as radio advertising and print media and focusing them on these other channels, it will help the company reach its goals.

It is estimated that nearly 90% of home searches are being done on the internet. With the percentage being so high, the company believes it is important to focus its attention not only on higher page rankings on the search engines, but also to focus its attention on social media postings on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn, where it is able to zero in on individual properties while simultaneously targeting the local Laguna Hills Real Estate agent. The main objective in these posting is for them to go viral getting more “eyes” on the Laguna Hills properties, creating more qualified buyers on the homes. Another fringe benefit for the company would be that Laguna Hill’s Realtors would want to seek employment with the company. BanCorp Properties is not currently hiring real estate professionals, but has not ruled out the option at the end of 2015.
