Specialized Sessions for Field Service, Call Center Execs on Agenda at Customer Support Operations Conference

Chicago, IL, March 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Back by popular request, Q1 Productions will host the 2nd Annual Maximizing Medical Device Customer Support Operations Conference, May 14-15, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing customer service and operations executives an exclusive opportunity to discuss the latest challenges and best practices surrounding the customer support space. Customer support professionals from small, midsize, and large medical device and diagnostic companies are invited to participate.
