Dr. Theivasanthi Honored with Women’s Day Award of St. Anne's College

Rajapalayam, India, March 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Recently, St. Anne's College of Engineering and Technology, Panruti (run by the management of the sisters of St. Anne, Tiruchirapalli) had celebrated International Women’s Day on its campus. Secretary Sr. Victoria, Principal Dr. R. Arokia Dass, Sr. Anitha Mary and Principal of Annai Velankanni polytechnic College had made the necessary arrangements for these celebrations. Dr. T. Theivasanthi, Research Faculty of International Research Center, Kalasalingam University had been invited as Chief Guest.

While interacting with girl students, she motivated, encouraged and trained them for their developments and improvements. Also, she delivered lectures about women as mother, gift / beauty of women, education, empowerment, developments, rights, freedom, believes, activities, kind, smart, spirit, passions of women, beauty & individual, brave & strong, difficult & strength, struggle for progress, work for success, change for world and future leaders. She was honored with the “Woman Achiever Award” of St. Anne's College for World Record achievement in nanotechnology research. At the end of Women’s Day celebrations, she distributed prizes for the winners of various competitions conducted for women staff and girl students.

Kalasalingam University Chancellor K. Sridharan, Vice Chancellor S. Saravana Sankar and IRC Director Balasubbiramanian and Asst. Registrar Gurusamy Pandiyan felicitated Dr. Theivasanthi.
