RE/MAX Northern Illinois Presents Special Sales Production Honors to Brokers in Antioch, Schaumburg, Lake Bluff, St. Charles, Naperville and Glen Ellyn
The RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network recently presented four of its broker associates with special honors for sales productivity in 2014. Three winners were recognized for closing the most real estate transactions last year, while the other was honored for a single transaction.
The award for Most Closed Transactions, Individual, was presented to Sarah Leonard of RE/MAX Suburban, Schaumburg, Ill., for closing 208 transactions last year.
The award for Most Closed Transactions, Team, went to Jane Lee of RE/MAX Top Performers, Lake Bluff, Ill. Her team closed 376 sales in 2014, more than one per day. A team involves the efforts of two or more licensed brokers.
Named as winner of the Most Closed Transactions, Small-Market Individual Award was Larry Fales of RE/MAX Advantage Realty, Antioch, Ill. Last year, Fales completed 75 transactions.
The Kombrink-Lobrillo Team of RE/MAX Great American North in St. Charles, Ill., captured the Most Closed Transactions, Small-Market Team Award by completing 364 sales last year.
Steve Malik of RE/MAX Professionals Select, Naperville, Ill., was honored with the Largest Single Residential Commission Award. He represented the seller of an estate home in Oak Brook, Ill., once the residence of Chicago White Sox baseball legend Frank Thomas.
Also receiving special recognition was Cindy Purdom of RE/MAX Suburban, Glen Ellyn, Ill. She received the Largest Single Referral Commission award. The winning transaction involved the purchase of a vacation home in Michigan.
The awards were presented at the 38th Annual RE/MAX Northern Illinois Awards Ceremony held on Feb. 20.
