Scottsdale, AZ, November 21, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Scottsdale Fine properties of Scottsdale Arizona
( http://www.scottsdalefineproperties.com/ ) has been recognized by the international property industry as one of the “World’s Best” for the third consecutive year by the 2007 International Property Awards in conjunction with CNBC.

Now in their 13th year, the awards were presented by former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond at a glittering gala dinner in London’s Grosvenor Square. Approximately 400 property professionals representing 56 different countries around the globe gathered in eager anticipation of winning one or more of the 100 highly prestigious awards across 20 categories. The International Property Awards are supported by five media partners and no less than nine professional bodies, their aim being to identify the very best in the residential property market.

Buying a property is quite probably the most significant personal expense anyone is likely to make during their lifetime and, with competition fiercer than ever within the market, it’s increasingly difficult for the discerning purchaser to know where to start searching. Developers and estate agents use their award success to stand out in the crowded market place.

Selection is no simple task; it calls for a panel of highly respected judges whose collective knowledge of the industry is second to none. Therefore, the International Property Awards draws on the invaluable expertise of representatives from the National Association of Estate Agents; Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors; National Housebuilding Council; Association of Relocation professionals and the British Interior Design Association, to name but a few (see full list of judges below). The panel is chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State.

Each and every year, the number of entries far exceeds its previous record, not just in volume but also quality. Vice-chairman of the judges and editor-in-chief of International Homes magazine Helen Shield, comments, “We’ve had new countries enter this year – Indonesia, the Phillipines and the Seychelles for example – and the entries were very diverse. Stuart Shield, founder of the International Property Awards, concludes, “I’m delighted that the awards have grown to such a stature that they have attracted the attention and support of some of the world’s major newspapers – the Daily Mail, New York Times and Sydney Morning Herald – which helps to give the winners even more coverage. I’m also pleased that so many well-respected professional bodies have joined with their backing. We are now going on to crown the year with our event in Las Vegas on November 16th where the highest point scoring winners will be identified as the best in the world.”

Lesley Martinson ( http://www.scottsdalefineproperties.com/Agents.html ) Broker and Owner of Scottsdale Fine Properties is thrilled to be the only North American agency to win the marketing award for 3 consecutive years and takes great pride in being one of the finalists November 16th for Best in the World / Real Estate Agency Marketing ( http://www.scottsdalefineproperties.com/PressReleases.html ). She says, “Our timeless & unique marketing strategies combined with our loyal client list and hard work ethic keep us at the top of the Real Estate game.” For Lesley and her staff, their ultimate success is measured by the satisfaction they take in a job well done and the happiness of their clients.
