The Ballen Group Welcomes New Member, Michael Hightower, to Their Team of Summerlin Real Estate Specialists

Summerlin Specialist at The Ballen Group Join Forces with Real Estate Agent Michael Hightower for the Purpose of Helping Others Purchase Homes for Sale in the Vistas, Summerlin.

Las Vegas, NV, March 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Ballen Group is thrilled to be able to welcome Michael Hightower to their group of Summerlin real estate specialist. Michael was first licensed to sell real estate in Arizona in 1976. Michael has been a REALTOR since January, 1987. In February, 1990 Michael became a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker. Michael is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in both management and sales, in addition to extensive experience as senior property manager responsible for 100+ properties.

Michael Hightower’s specialties include team management, recruiting, training and coaching. Michael is also a certified ethics instructor, certified disclosure law instructor and is also a contract law instructor. Michael’s real estate specialties include relocation management, short sale and REO or bank owned properties. Michael is also an experienced property manager.

Michael Hightower is a seasoned real estate professional with a wide range of experience in residential real estate and related businesses, including mineral real estate, title/escrow, residential property management, real estate education and training, sales and brokerage management, new construction sales, and residential real estate sales and sales management.

With Southern Nevada’s economy remaining stronger than most metropolitan areas and the steady job and population growth, Michael is entering the Las Vegas real estate market at the perfect time. According to Las Vegas Perspective, Clark County added more than 96,000 new residents in 2006. This bodes well for the long-term strength of the local housing market. The Las Vegas valley continues to be a leader in job creation and has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation.

Over the next three years nearly 20,000 hotel rooms will be added to our city, representing approximately 41 billion dollars’ worth of new construction. Of course, these economic factors fuel demand for housing and offer more opportunities for newcomers and existing residents to own their own home. For every hotel room added, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority estimates 1.8-1.9 new employees will be needed.

The unprecedented housing boom of a few years ago may never be duplicated, but Southern Nevada still offers attractive real estate investment opportunities. Examples include high-profile residential properties being built as part of MGM MIRAGE’s CityCenter and similar billion-dollar developments on and near the Las Vegas Strip.

The history of the local housing market suggests long-term growth. More than most markets, the history of steady housing and real estate appreciation in Southern Nevada suggests the value of property will rise as long as the nation’s boomtown continues to grow. All markets are cyclical. But with privately owned land being scarce in the rapidly growing Las Vegas area, history and the laws of supply and demand suggest that prices will appreciate in the coming years.

Michael is the proud father of three and believes in being positive and kind in all aspects of life. He attributes his success to his sincere desire to make a significant positive difference in the world.
