)-- The RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network recently gave special recognition for 2014 sales achievements to four offices and one multi-office franchise for delivering outstanding sales results in 2014.
RE/MAX Suburban received recognition as the region’s Top Company for Closed Transactions and Closed Sales Volume. Its seven offices closed 3,458 transactions last year with a total sales volume of $907.6 million. The company has offices in Arlington Heights, Glen Ellyn, Libertyville, Mt. Prospect, Schaumburg and Wheaton, Ill.
RE/MAX Action of Lisle, Ill., was named Top Office, Closed Transactions and Closed Sales Volume. The office closed 1,486 transactions in 2014, or more than four each day, and its closed sales volume was $358.4 million.
Honored as Top Chicago Office, Closed Transactions and Closed Sales Volume, was RE/MAX City. The office completed 1,046 transactions and generated $196.7 million in sales volume.
RE/MAX Advantage Realty of Antioch, Ill., was named Top Small-Market Office, Closed Transactions. The brokers there closed 654 property sales last year.
The award for Top Small-Market Office, Closed Sales Volume, went to RE/MAX Great American North of St. Charles, Ill. In 2014, its brokers closed sales totaling $137.8 million.
The awards were presented at the 38th Annual RE/MAX Northern Illinois Awards Ceremony held on Feb. 20.
