The Trauma Society of India (TSI) is a pioneering initiative that was set up to foster knowledge and education in orthopaedics and traumatology. TSI created the first set of standard guidelines for orthopaedic surgeons & clinicians in India. These guidelines help to establish treatment protocols and aid surgeons & clinicians in the assessment, decision-making, and management of complex fractures and many other challenging orthopaedic conditions.

Dr. S. C. Goel, President of the Trauma Society of India, commented:
“I am very pleased that Thieme Publishers Delhi is now the official publisher for TSI. Thieme has a stellar reputation in the medical publishing arena, and I’m certain that they will produce many fine publications for us.”

"Guidelines in Fracture Management – Nonunion Part I", edited by G.S. Kulkarni, MS, FRCS, includes actual case studies and surgical techniques accompanied by high-quality illustrations, making it an excellent resource for orthopaedic surgeons.

"Guidelines in Fracture Management – Proximal Tibia", edited by Sushrut Babhulkar, MB, MS, MCh, discusses the classification, assessment of personality, and treatment protocols for the much-debated proximal tibia fractures.
