About Tacky Jacks
Tacky Jacks started in 1979 as a small tavern on Cotton Bayou. Its location and the easy access to the Gulf of Mexico partly gave it its success. It was a favorite place to be for fishermen after a day of work. In the later part of the 90s, successful businessman George Skipper bought Tacky Jacks and gave it more improvements. His love for the restaurant turned it to its fun dining establishment status today.
