McLean, VA, January 05, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- DWBH, LLC (DWBHCORP) is making strategic moves in the Health-IT market, leveraging previous management experience providing Health Professional and Technical Services to the DoD. “We are expanding our customer base to include the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) specifically (in addition to the Defense Health Agency)” stated DWBHCORP CEO Steven D. MacDonald. Several Strategic Partnerships have been formed to present a robust set of Health IT capabilities for this expanded target market. A Joint Venture, FedHealth Systems Alliance, was recently formed, with DWBHCORP serving as Managing Member, to provide a credible SDVOSB-led Prime Contractor for selected Health-IT requirements.
This is the second Joint Venture DWBHCORP has formed, building upon a successful model previously established with ProTech Services Alliance USA (www.protechjv.com). “ProTech was formed to address a specific set of services requirements, and it has been leveraged very effectively over the past year,” stated Mr. MacDonald. “Likewise, FedHealth is being established to provide a specific set of Health-IT and related capabilities tailored to specific customer requirements, thus a very different entity.“ Marketing within the Health-IT market is a DWBHCORP business development priority objective for the next 18 months, and FedHealth is one example of a tailored approach and teaming strategy to compete at a high level of capabilities and qualifications.
