On Wednesday, December 5, 2007 Ladies Who Launch will have their first open house at DZian Gallery, 65 Water St. Worc. Mass. An evening for women with dreams, projects, unique services and creative ideas, or for those who just feel it’s time to consider leaving the corporate world, to connect with other inspiring women.
Worcester, MA, November 28, 2007 --(PR.com)-- On Wednesday, December 5, 2007 local ladies will be able to gather at DZian Gallery, 65 Water Street, Exit 14 off Rt. 290 in the fashionable Canal District, Worcester, MA to network and socialize at the first Ladies Who Launch (LWL) Open House. Local entrepreneur and award winning business woman, Lynn Toomey recently debuted the Worcester/MetroWest/Central Mass chapter of “Ladies Who Launch” a national lifestyle networking company for women. Toomey states, “Put your briefcases and power suits in the closet. The first Ladies Who Launch Open House promises an evening for women with dreams, projects, unique services and creative ideas, or for those who just feel it’s time to consider leaving the corporate world, to connect with other inspiring women.” Toomey continues, “It’s our first Ladies Who Launch ongoing incubator meeting open to LWL members and to anyone who is interested in learning more about Ladies Who Launch…and men are also invited to join us.”
The Ladies Who Launch Open House promises to gather everyone from jewelry makers, web and graphic designers, stylists, fashion designers, founders of non-profits, or any lady who needs to re-ignite any idea that has taken a back seat. The LWL mantra is “honor yourself by exploring your feminine entrepreneurial and creative potential with other inspiring women.” Whether you are starting from scratch, launching into the next phase of business, or want to present your ideas to other “like-minded” creative women, Ladies Who Launch incubator workshops offer a forum that facilitates forward thinking women in their determination to move their ideas along. In addition, women are able to tap into LWL’s national community representing 12,000 women across 45 states. The LWL online network combines national and regional support and expertise to help “spawn” many opportunities and possibilities that would otherwise remain dormant for local women.
Toomey has committed to offering a portion of proceeds from future workshops to the local chapters of “Dress for Success.” The Dress for Success organization helps women in need feel great, get jobs and keep working by providing free clothes and advice to boost their self esteem and independence.

Recent grand prize winner in Mount Wachusett Community College’s third annual Business Plan Competition, Lynn Toomey is a creative woman with a vision.
