The form is used to gather data on the acquisition, establishment, and expansion of U.S. businesses owned or controlled by greater than 10 percent by foreign investors. The information will be used for statistical analysis, research, and modeling purposes, and all reported data will be presented without disclosing the identity of individual investors.
