New York, NY, June 25, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- As her work and expertise become more in-demand for various industries, Human Resources guru Laura MacLeod (http://fromtheinsideoutproject.com) is expanding her services beyond personal consultations for individual businesses by launching her YouTube channel “Laura MacLeod’s From The Inside Out Project®” on July 1, 2015. The channel will feature a series of one minute videos, with a new video being uploaded on the 1st and 15th of every month, addressing common questions from employers and employees with the best solutions to any human resources issue. Much like her previous work with From The Inside Out Project®, MacLeod’s videos will provide the best resolutions for any internal conflict through problem solving and listening skills using an innovative method that addresses the challenges of human interaction. MacLeod’s videos aim to strengthen relations between employees at all levels to produce the best services for their patrons from the inside out.
“YouTube is an important tool and I am excited about the channel launch,” states MacLeod. “I’ve worked with businesses directly and I’ve had the chance to write for great publications. YouTube is a new avenue that any business in need of change can reach easily. Thanks to expanding technology, I can now provide even more employer/employee relations tips to multiple businesses, instead of one business at a time.”
Coupling her previous work as a union employee with her social work teachings, MacLeod created From The Inside Out Project® with the hourly employee in mind. In making the transition, MacLeod’s work has proven a success in various industries, including banking, hospitality, and retail. The project’s methods have also created case studies that support its success and act as teaching supplements to her new clients. Having been a contributor to many human resources publications, MacLeod’s seeks to continue expanding her reach to all businesses in need of her services.
“You never know what could happen next. There are so many additional ways I can expand From The Inside Out Project® and the positive work that it does. We’ll see soon where else I can take this,” says MacLeod.
