Suárez, Flores & Asociados Cía. Ltda. was founded in 1997 and is a public accounting and audit firm based in Managua, the capital city of Nicaragua. The firm's services are predominantly auditing, together with accounting, tax and business consulting. Its specialist experience includes audits of international aid funded projects and public sector bodies.

Suárez, Flores & Asociados has three principals who are all licensed as Contadores Públicos Autorizados (CPAs) and are active members of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de la República de Nicaragua (Association of Public Accountants of Nicaragua).

Marvin Suárez López is the founder and managing partner of the firm. His previous experience includes positions as internal auditor in the CARE International organisation in Nicaragua, finance officer for the Centre for Education for Democracy, and five years in the Ministry of Finance in various positions such as director of Customs Control, director of Internal Control & Systems in the Customs Directorate, and financial auditor in the Treasury Department. He also held positions with several private companies. In his ten years running his own professional practice, Mr Suárez has developed specialist experience in financial and operational audits, economic feasibility studies, accounting systems and investment projects. Mr Suárez has postgraduate qualifications in management and financial administration and in the management of investment projects.

Mauricio Jose Flores is a principal who specialises in audits, general accounting, public sector accounting and the development of accounting manuals and regulations. Before joining his present firm, he was with the Directorate General of Customs as head of the Financial Audit Department, the government-owned Insumos no Médicos corporation as accounts and administration director, I.C.I. Nicaragua as finance director, and the ENACAL company as finance director.

Francisco Perz Ubilla, the third principal, has specialist accounting expertise in the public, farming and banking sectors. He also specialises in taxation, HR management and auditing. Previously he had various positions in the Ministry of Finance including director of Internal Control & Systems in the Treasury Department. He also had five years in another financial consulting and accounting firm.
