)-- On the heels of its $43 million expansion round of funding and the unveiling of the next generation of its signature Software-Defined Application Delivery (SDAD) platform, Instart Logic announced its expansion into the European region. The company has opened offices in Cologne, Germany and London. The expansion will increase Instart Logic’s presence within the region, fueling growth through sales and services for its global customers, including leading Dutch luxury online retailer Winkelstraat.nl and social media management site Commun.it.

Prior to joining the company, Platz served as vice president of sales for the EMEA region for various US-based enterprise organizations, the latest, Fusion-io in Cologne, Germany. There, he founded and grew the sales organization revenue to $60 million.
Additionally, with the expansion into the European region, Instart Logic is extending its platform with new features to meet the needs of large global enterprises:

Application Delivery to China: Instart Logic is partnering with ChinaCache to extend its SDAD platform into mainland China.
Cloud Origin/Storage: Enterprise customers will have access to cloud origin and file storage, providing a central location to house assets closest to the end user, accelerating delivery of content.

Consolidated real-time reporting and analytics of globally distributed information via a big data platform.
Upgrade to its patented Nanovisor client technology, enabling innovations in performance and security.
Development of a Browser Cache Purge to extend programmatic cache control to the browser.
Access for developers to its complete set of APIs for the SDAD platform, enabling deep programmatic control of the end-to-end delivery path, as well as account management and reporting.
Founded in November 2010.
As one of the fastest growing companies in the application delivery market, Instart Logic recorded fivefold sales growth in 2014, with more than 400 high-volume websites running on its Software-Defined Application Delivery (SDAD) platform.
According to a recent study from leading global advisory firm Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG), for the top 30 e-commerce websites based on the Keynote Mobile Commerce Performance Index, SDAD delivers a 75 percent overall reduction in mobile website load times, compared to traditional content delivery networks (CDNs).
Instart Logic has filed or been granted more than 30 patents to date.
“The results we’ve been seeing with Instart Logic are unprecedented for us,” said Joost Van der Veer, CEO of Winkelstraat.nl. “By using the SmartVision technology, our customers see images on our pages almost twice as fast, increasing our sales revenue as a result.”
“Our customers demand fast performance to manage their social media,” said Ran Margaliot, vice president of research and development at Commun.it. “With HTML Streaming, our customers have reported faster page loads and response time, uncompromised by the rich content.”
“The European region has seen some tremendous growth in e-Commerce over the past decade, and I’m excited to be leading our expansion,” said Kevin Platz, director of EMEA sales at Instart Logic. “Europe has been saddled with legacy CDN technology for the last decade. It’s time to bring modern application delivery technology to the European market.”
