Windsor, Canada, June 26, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- Windsor lawyer Jennifer Bezaire, a partner at Greg Monforton & Partners, announced today that the personal injury law firm has been retained by the family of Jim Gammon.
The firm is investigating the circumstances surrounding the alleged accident where Gammon was grievously injured while on his motorcycle following a collision on June 4, 2015, at the intersection of Richmond Street and Chilver Road.
Gammon was allegedly in critical condition following severe brain injuries he endured in the crash. He died at age 56, at Windsor Regional Hospital, Ouellette Campus, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 23, 2015. He leaves behind a wife of 28 years and two adult children.
“The family is suffering unspeakable pain and has asked us to thank the media and the public for respecting their privacy at this time,” said Jennifer Bezaire on behalf of the victim’s family. “We are trying to piece together as much evidence as we can before memories fade and witnesses disappear.”
Jim Gammon’s wife, P.J. Gammon, asks that the family be given time to grieve. The family is also asking for the public’s help in determining what happened on the afternoon of June 4, 2015, and requests that all witnesses and media requests be directed to Ms. Bezaire.
Witnesses can contact Bezaire at her office (519-258-6490). Any and all assistance is appreciated.
