Lucideon Hires Chemist to Join Organic Analysis Team

International materials technology and testing provider, Lucideon, has appointed Dr Jing Jiang as Organic Projects Team Leader.

Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, June 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Jing joins a well-established team of analytical scientists in his new role which will see him focussing on characterisation and analysis of organic samples and organic deposits on samples. As well as testing samples, Jing will manage large-scale analysis projects to help fulfil all client needs.

A graduate of Edinburgh University with a PhD in Chemistry, Jing previously studied Materials Chemistry at Beijing University

He has a strong educational background and was a standout candidate for the job due to his wealth of knowledge in organic materials and advanced analytical techniques.

Lucideon’s team of expert analytical chemists helps to deliver fast and efficient analysis of client samples, providing valuable data and insight into material properties and chemistry.

As well as testing services, Lucideon offers materials and technologies development such as its innovative Inorganic Controlled-Release Technology.

The company has also opened a new facility in the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, US, to tap into the region’s acclaimed expertise in materials science. This new centre is in addition to Lucideon’s facilities in South Carolina and New York State and is part of Lucideon’s ongoing programme of investment, which will see the company increase its workforce by over 50 per cent over the next three years, with the majority of new roles based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Lucideon currently has over 200 employees, of which a high proportion are graduates and post graduates in science and engineering.
