LG Sonic is designed and built in the Netherlands and is an environmentally friendly solution to control algae in dugouts, storm ponds, lakes and reservoirs by making use of ultrasonic technology. The ultrasonic waves sent into the water, rupture the algae cell walls and thus kills algal growth. This technology is available in multiple sizes to suite any specific need including a solar paneled buoy system that not only kills algae but monitors and logs the water quality data which is accessible via internet.
