Whitefish Credit Union Expands with New Kalispell Operations Center

Kalispell, MT, July 29, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union, will expand into a new Kalispell operations center in July.

The move comes as part of a comprehensive Credit Union effort to lower overall costs and increase efficiency for its more than 58,000 members. Some current Whitefish Credit Union employees from both Whitefish and Kalispell will work out of the new facility. The Credit Union’s Member Business Lending office will also be moving to the new location, said Eldon Tilley, Whitefish Credit Union’s vice president of marketing.

“We will initially be moving up to 70 current employees into the new operations center at 1845 Highway 93 South in Kalispell’s Southfield Park,” said Tilley. “After four years of rapid growth, we’ve simply outgrown our current facilities. This move will allow us to bring together various operational and administrative departments to work more closely together. We expect our new facility to translate into lower costs and more efficient loan originations and loan processing for our members.”

The expansion will also help to accommodate the Credit Union’s thriving Member Business Lending department, which has experienced substantial growth this year. Apart from the relocated Member Business Lending office, the new Southfield Park location will not directly offer other retail services to the Credit Union’s members.
