New EMKA 120° Hinge for Larger Door Returns – Also in Stainless Steel

The new 1032 program 120° hinge from EMKA provides a weld-on solution for larger prominent cabinet doors as often used by specialist panel builders for heavy duty panels.

Coventry, United Kingdom, August 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The 1032 program 120° hinge from EMKA provides a weld-on solution for larger prominent (or lay-on) cabinet doors with a return of 22mm or 26mm, as often used by specialist panel builders for heavy duty panels.

The 1032 is produced in zinc plated steel or in AISI 304 stainless steel for direct welding in place prior to paint processing. As an alternative there is a weld stud mounting version where this is preferred. With an eye to production and door removal on site the 1032 is provided with a circlip retained hinge pin.

Installation of the 1032 is concealed behind the door flange for security and attractive appearance of the door – it also permits 120° opening even for side-by-side suited cabinets.
