Larry King of CNN's Larry King Live Will be Master of Ceremonies for Kids Korps SuperStar Gala 2008

Kids Korps SuperStar Gala 2008 is pleased to announce the attendance of Larry King as the Master of Ceremonies to celebrate "A Constellation of Community Service". The Kids Korps children and parent volunteers depend on this gala each year to jump start the funding process for the following year's 1200+ charitable activities to over 250 receiving organizations.

Carlsbad, CA, December 07, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Larry King will headline at this year’s Kids Korps main event, SuperStar Gala 2008, celebrating Leadership Award Honorees Bill and Connie McNally and the Benassi family, John Benassi, Marian Benassi, and sons Max and Chris Benassi.

The gala will take place at the Four Season’s Aviara in Carlsbad, California, Saturday, February 2nd, 2008. Cocktails and silent auction begin at 6:00pm with the dinner, tribute show, live auction, and dancing to follow.

Dubbed “master of the mike” by TIME magazine, King is host of CNN’s Larry King Live, the network’s highest rated program and the first worldwide call-in TV talk show. An Emmy Award winner, King has spent fifty years interviewing people who make headlines and history, from magnates to movie stars, heroes to heads of state. He is a treasured supporter of Kids Korps USA, serving for the past eight years as chair of its National Leadership Circle.

Ticket prices range from $275 per person for Kids Korps members to $1,000 for premier seating.
